PRIMARY DUTIES
Welcome guests, employees, and students and answer or direct inquiries.
Receptionist duties including answering the telephone with proper etiquette
Retrieve phone messages 3 times daily
Handles all cashier transactions including, payments and cash withdrawals
Prepares daily deposits.
Reconciles daily cash transactions.
Assist in payroll processing.
Handles the delivery of incoming office depot and other packages.
Organizes work by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information
Assist in routine filing, copying and other administrative duties assigned
Support Accounting staff as needed
