Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by politely answering calls/questions from walk-ins.
Maintain confidentiality of all information received in the office. Learn to use the Datatel system. Create
new files and accurately file. Keep files and file room organized. Contribute positively to the team environment.
Learn the “basics” of applying for financial assistance. Assist with mailings. Other assignments as needed.
