Director of Recruiting

Job Title:     Director of Recruiting
Reports to:  Vice President, Enrollment Management 
Location:     On-Campus

●    Will be managing a total of 10 direct reports initially: 2 Admissions Receptionists; 6 recruiters; Admissions Operations Coordinator; International Student Coordinator. 
●    Manage the international agents/vendors.
●    Primary goal: ensure the team is meeting or exceeding the enrollment targets every semester. Do this by mentoring the recruiters well & ensuring the prospects have a seamless and positive journey with each recruiter.
●    Set up the University as a Military Friendly University - process all the necessary paperwork and achieve this status by February 14. 
●    Implement the recruiting goals set forth by the VP, Enrollment Management. 
●    Always be looking for ways to increase & improve recruitment efforts. 
●    Always be looking for way to improve efficiencies in processes interdepartmentally - for the benefit of the prospects/applicants.
●    Nice to have: Have familiarity with the I-20 process - to be able to effectively manage the International Student Coordinator.
●    Develop a deep understanding of our DACA students and the additional support they need. 

Required Qualifications
●    7-14 years of relevant experience
●    Must have brought in at least $15M/year in sales or enrollments for the last 5 years
●    Respectful and humble - yet hard working and always delivers. 
●    Goals driven & able to deliver on enrollment numbers. 
●    Has managed a large number of recruiters previously.
●    Has personally been either a high performing sales person or successful recruiter in their earlier career.
●    Is an extremely strong & effective project manager.
●    Strong implementer & action and goals-oriented.
●    Understand how to manage a large team of recruiters and is effective in getting a team to not only meet specific quotas - but over deliver on a consistent basis.
●    Has used some sort of CRM previously. We use Radius by Campus Management for prospect and applicant data and Colleague for student data.
