Receive, assist/direct office visitors.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Collect and sort mail.
Make copies as needed.
Send faxes as needed.
Process and track all expense authorizations from academic departments.
Create expense authorizations for department expenditures.
Collect, track, and archive all course syllabi.
Organize and assist with distribution, collection, and reporting of course evaluations and FPA documents.
Send out mass emails to various faculty groups.
Organize office (closets, workspaces, working folders, archives).
Print/collate/bind packet materials for faculty distribution/meetings.
Proofread documents as needed.
Design graphics as needed.
Place orders for office supplies.
Assist with any ad hoc projects from the Provost or Executive Assistant when needed.
Maintains faculty and students’ confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepare student evaluation survey and disseminate to department chair.
Analyze survey, prepare and submit the reports to the Chairs, Deans and the Provost.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Must be enrolled currently as a WAU Student.
Superior command of English grammar and spelling as well as verbal and written communication.
Must demonstrate exceptional Microsoft Office skills, (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of office situations.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills.
Possess strong quantitative analysis skills.
Superior command of English grammar and spelling.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
