OVERVIEW OF THE UNIVERSITY

Provide exceptional customer service at front desk by politely answering calls/questions from walk-ins. Maintain confidentiality of all information received in the office. Learn to use the Ellucian computer system. Create new files and accurately file. Keep files and file room organized. Contribute positively to team environment. Learn the “basics” of applying for financial assistance. Assist with mailings. Other assignments as needed.
Title VII Exception Notice
- Must be a full time student at Washington Adventist University.
- Must be able to work 20 hours per week while school is in session. Must be able to work at least 30-34 hours per week during the summer as well.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have good telephone skills.
- Must exhibit dependability and punctuality.
