To assist with project management ,graphic designs and metric of Google analytics and complete clerical duties as assigned by the dean, business manager, and program coordinators.
The following competencies are required for this position:
Telephone skills (clear and cheerful voice), proper telephone etiquette
Be mindful of speed and tone of voice
Understand caller’s intent
Take clear messages, positive mindset
Team work
Ability to work with other student workers to complete projects
Problem solving
Know where to direct upset callers
Know when to remain calm and not combative or defensive
Does not feel intimidated by aggressive students or clients
Make good judgment calls
Having a range of basic IT skills
Learn to navigate website, internal WAU portal
Take pride in work
Approach staff to get more work assignments


  • Qualifications –Preferably current college student, or a college graduate
  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential): Ability to grasp academic policies as outlined in the academic bulletin, typing, resourceful, and customer service.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable): Excel spreadsheets, pie charts, customer service

Employees are responsible and accountable for:
  • Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control
  • Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety
  • Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage at the workplace
  • Correct utilization of appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Graphic design and content development experience for brochures, marketing materials, website, and social media
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and tools for product development
  • Basic copywriting experience based on approved campaign message framework
  • Experience using metrics programs and software to track and analyze communications, e.g., Google Analytics, media, and social media tracking tools
  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience using WordPress
  • Experience creating email messaging using Constant Contact
  • Preferred experience creating email messaging using Radius by Campus Management
  • Solid time management, critical thinking, judgment, and ability to work independently or as a part of a team required
  • ​​​​​ Solid understanding of English language
  • Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
