Assisting in the operation of the Honors College
Responding to/sending emails.
Answering the phone.
Professionally greeting all guests who enter the department.
Answering questions regarding processes of the Honors College and/or classes (to the best of your knowledge).
Assist Honors College faculty with printing, copying, and other tasks.
Run errands for the department (i.e. dropping off forms at the required office).
Collect mail and sort it into our department mail box.
Ensure the common spaces of the department are clean and orderly.
Complete any tasks assigned to you within a timely manner.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
GPA 3.0 or above
Class standing of at least sophomore (exceptional freshmen will be considered).
