PRIMARY DUTIES:

PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Assisting in the operation of the Honors College
- Responding to/sending emails.
- Answering the phone.
- Professionally greeting all guests who enter the department.
- Answering questions regarding processes of the Honors College and/or classes (to the best of your knowledge).
- Assist Honors College faculty with printing, copying, and other tasks.
- Run errands for the department (i.e. dropping off forms at the required office).
- Collect mail and sort it into our department mail box.
- Ensure the common spaces of the department are clean and orderly.
- Complete any tasks assigned to you within a timely manner.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- GPA 3.0 or above
- Class standing of at least sophomore (exceptional freshmen will be considered).
