FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Salary: $17.65/hr

PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Answering phones—answering questions and directing callers to the proper resource(s).
  • Scheduling tests
  • Assisting the Office Manager when needed
  • Participating in the planning and set up of special events
  • Be able to work some evenings, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Be a current WAU student
  • Be in good academic standing
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in a second language is a plus
  • Have a working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Be able to work without close supervision and adhere to work rules
  • Have good time management skills
  • Have the ability to provide excellent customer service skill
  • Adhere to confidentiality policies
  • Have strong work ethic
  • Be punctual, reliable, dependable
  • Be able to multi-task
