SUMMARY
The qualified candidate will assist the head coach in maintaining a highly competitive volleyball program including the recruitment of prospective scholar-athletes, practice planning and coaching, organization, and in-game coaching. Will support student-athlete’s excellence by encouraging academic progress towards graduation. This position is a stipend position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assist with scouting, recruiting, and retention of student-athletes.
● Assist with the development of team strategy and analyze the performance    of student-athletes.
● Assist with organizing and practice planning.
● Will be ready to lead out in the absence of the Head Coach.
● Other duties as assigned.
