Student Financial Services Report To Sharon Conway


Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by politely answering calls/questions from walk-ins. Maintain confidentiality of all information received in the office. Learn to use the Datatel system. Create new files and accurately file. Keep files and file room organized. Contribute positively to team environment. Learn the “basics” of applying for financial assistance. Assist with mailings. Other assignments as needed.


  • Must be enrolled as a current student at Washington Adventist University. 
  • Can work up to 20 hours per week between all on campus jobs but also must be able to work Tuesday and Thursday from 11-5.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must have good telephone skills.
  • Must exhibit dependability and punctuality.
